DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping prices are calculated based on size and weight at the time of checkout. We make every attempt to insure that your package arrives well-packed, and best of all, quick.
Our prints are custom produced for you as you order. Our goal is to deliver framed images within two to three weeks from receipt of your order, however delivery times vary depending on the order, the destination, and mode of delivery.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We ship prints Monday through Thursday only, unless otherwise arranged. We do not ship on Fridays in order to avoid having the artwork sit in cold damp warehouses over the weekend. We ship via Fedex, or USPS. All items are shipped by standard delivery.
INTERNATIONAL Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii
Please contact Customer Service at (858)518-5100 for shipping charges and delivery time estimates. International orders are subject to duties and taxes which are charged at the time of delivery.
OVERSEAS
We are happy to ship any order overseas, but must calculate shipping offline by e-mail or fax. Once we know what items you wish to purchase, we then calculate shipping specific to your destination and due date. We will quote shipping prices and then ask you to send your bank and address information.
We will ship unframed prints anywhere on the globe. Delivery of framed prints is limited to the continuous 48 states of North America.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect applicable sales tax for deliveries to California.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason the product(s) you have ordered is not right, or needs to be returned, please contact us as soon as possible with your name, the order ID from the packing list, and a phone number where we can reach you during the day. We will gladly replace the merchandise or issue a full refund. Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging for an exchange or refund Shipping cannot be refunded.
DAMAGE
If your package arrives damaged please call us immediately (858) 518-5100. If you suspect damage to the items inside open immediately and if needed make a claim with the shipper, and call us as well, we will then determine the necessary action for replacement.
